About Arts (Undergraduate)

Arts in Foggy Bottom, an award-winning biennial outdoor sculpture exhibition in Historic Foggy Bottom, is one among Washington’s public artwork leaders. His lifelong love of the arts has found focus in advocating for extra public art and help of the Midwest Museum of American Art, as well as in avidly amassing native artists’ work and championing the position of the arts in transforming downtown.

In 2008, TAC opened the artwork@TAC gallery in the halls of the Von Braun Center In 2010, a consortium of native arts organizations and universities came collectively to launch Huntsville’s first public art path, the SPACES Sculpture Trail And in 2012, The Arts Council and the City of Huntsville have been awarded an Our Town grant by the National Endowment for the Arts, resulting in the development of a Public Art Master Plan for the town – the primary of its type in Alabama!

The arts are evermore essential to unify and energise group within the aftermath of the catastrophe, and provide stimulating, engaging and generous art experiences attracting locals and guests. The PAC plays an essential position in providing alternatives for students, school, alumni and the group to satisfy and work together in an environment design to reinforce mental, social and cultural development. Layton meanwhile predicted Harper would dump the CBC and undermine Canadian culture if the Conservatives win a majority government.

With a vision to the long run, Arts Huntsville continues to refine its existing programs and develop new initiatives to greatest serve its mission to complement the standard of life, economic development and education of the larger Huntsville/Madison County community.

Arts Huntsville’s programs and services are made possible via help from our generous individual, corporate and basis supporters and the City of Huntsville, Madison County, the Alabama State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
